Data Analytics & business planning
Preparing data and plans for sales meets of the company- thus enabling the management in meeting sales target by means of insights and planning
Preparing and presenting data for company’s leadership and chairman’s review
Enabling top management in their business decision making by means of data and analytics.
Collation of revenue, clearance, collections and other key metrics from respective sources/function heads and reporting to SVP on regular basis
Key Account Management
Selection/Revision of key accounts as per existing business scenario
Data Analytics & Tracking performance in Key accounts
Analysis of Competitors’ Financial performance and key activities such as capacity expansion, new product introduction, major appointments, collaborations and technical tie-up, major orders bagged.
Enquiry Pipeline Management
Enquiry Pipeline Tracking
Data Analysis for Weekly Tender Meet Reviews- Root cause analysis of tenders won/lost and bringing a robust process in place ensuring high win rate.
Inferences and guidelines for driving strategy based on data.
Weekly Review with Branch/Regional Heads
Participate in End to end Annual budgeting exercise- Coordinate with different function heads and arriving at a budget for the company
Study past trend of Sales, Order booking, Contribution, Metal prices to provide relevant inputs for Budgeting.
Coordinate with Sales team for Bottom-up Revenue and potential planning.
Monthly Sales MIS and Detailed Analytics on Order Booking, Sales, Contribution, Enquiry Generation, Business and Product segment performance tracking.
Experience & Competencies
Experience in handling Analytics/MIS roles in similar/adjacent industry
Result Oriented, Go Getter & having Sound Technical Orientation
Good in Communication & Presentation Skills
