- End to end recruitment: We are increasing our headcount fast and need a recruitment expert who can coordinate effectively with multiple recruitment agencies
- Rewards and Recognition: Make policies for rewards and recognition in discussion with leadership Team and implement the same.
- Periodic assessment of employee engagement and take corrective actions if required
- Exit Formalities
-Engage with Business and act as their stakeholder for all HR related needs on a day to day basis
